Ah, Grasshopper, you have much to learn :D.Magazines are actively encouraged on here - as long as they are of THIS kind, preferably through quidco or TCB :T. Keep an eye on that thread as they often have good deals. Just set up a page on your spreadsheet to monitor them so that you cancel the DD before the 1st 'real' payment kicks in ;).

Do you know GG, I actually think I may love you :love:I have ordered Psychologies 3 for £1 BARGAINAROONEEE::D:D:D:D

If I could have thanked you more than once on your post, I would have. Tell you what, as gratitude I will make a point of thanking ALL your posts (even if they're twaddle;)) just because of my love for you:T

EVEN IF???????? Surely you mean 'although' :rotfl:
A positive attitude may not solve all your problems, but it will annoy enough people to make it worth the effort

    By the way - not 3 issues for £1 folks - 3 for £3...still bargainaroonee though:money:

Okay, it's diary catch up for me, the £2.99 merlot still has a good 2 glasses left in it, both kids are out clubbing (or pubbing), so just me and the pooch, and chocolate. Oh yaaaaaasssss:j

My Eb*y cherry has been well and truly 'popped' and as of now, I have four, yes FOUR items listed on eb*y :j:j:j:j

It only took me about 3 hours, as I kept on fubarring up, however eventually I think eb*y felt so sorry for me, that it let me list regardless;)

Thank you to everyone who has encouraged, and encouraged, and encouraged me to get my finger out:T

Right, first off all I need a wee, followed by lunch, followed by diary catch up - probably have to give ecoelle's a miss though as she's proper fly-lady now, and my house has reverted back being a tad untidy/unhoovered/undishwasher-emptied/undishwasher-reloaded/unwashed clothes/unwashed ironing/undusted..........get the picture:D

  • Well done on the eb@y listings - I'll be thinking of you tonight, when I'm uploading and listing. I do find it frustrating but I love watching the progress and then, hopefully, £ roll in :T

My house is in chaos as well at the moment. I appear to have inherited the luck which has plagued GG recently and I have had 4 major things break over 48 hours which is really frustrating.

At this rate the bottle of wine will be open kid afternoon

    Enjoy your afternoon, Tilly x

Thank you Tilly - I logged back on to specifically come on to your diary...and there you were on mine!

I really should reserve my biggest 'thank you' to you:T It was your diary that motivated me to start my own, and thanks to you and your diary contributors that pushed me towards eb*y:j

I only wish my lap-top was working properly so I could load more photographs...ACTUALLY what am I thinking???? I can use my daughter's lap-top and we have an old PC!!!! I will do a quick tidy/clear-up of the house and have a wee scoot around the garage (after all I can still list 96 items;))

Thank you again Tilly, I'll check out GG's diary (I am only on page 34 just now but will skip to final page to see what's happening)

I think that by 3pm it's completely acceptable to open your wine (or even before as you're already in the Christmas spirit;))

PS. I will catch up with your diary also to find out what's been going on in the Tilly household:p

Enjoy your afternoon and we'll catch up later X

  • As I have so far had a day of multiple things breaking, I think a coffee and brandy at maybe 4pm sounds like a plan. I can imagine I am by the sea, watching the waves and the fishing boats :)

I blushed when I read your comments - after all the help people gave me, if I can help anyone I am delighted - this forum is so helpful whereas I find the other forums extremely intimidating. Good luck with your sales.

I wholeheartedly agree that this is by far the friendliest forum:T

Well, I've completed GG's diary, so off to properly start on others (well in a wee while as I must get cracking with the 'housie' stuff, before I pick up my daughter)

And off course, check on eb*y;)
