  • Hello,

I am beginning a dieting quarter today. Target is one stone. It is the same stone that has been going on and off for the last 20 years, and I would like to see it stay away this time. Would you like to join me?

Paid off mortgage nine years early in 2013. Now picking and choosing our work to fit in with the rest of our lives!
Still thrifty though, after all these years:D

Morning Natty, I am envying your dieting mojo - mine seems to be hibernating in the bad weather :(

You've done brilliantly with the no booze quarter - good luck in April and if you have a wee glass with your friend, over the course of the quarter that's like a thimbleful a week maybe

I have only been good with the alcohol and I fear I have broken the chocolate/crisp/biscuit seal:(
If I can lose another 1/2 I think I will be able to sustain the weight *but only if I keep up the exercise* as I hate, hate HATE dieting;)

  • I'll join in the dieting girls- only half a stone for me to go but I have been saying that for several months now!!!

I hate dieting and love food too much too natty , but you are inspirational in sticking with it - well done!!

Good luck also on world domination - I wonder when you do manage it could you do something about making chocolate and wine calorie free?

    Thanking you in advance ;)

Well done on the weight-loss, booze-freeness NP. and regarding the crisps and chocolates, you have to still have some vices otherwise the worl would be a very dull place.

Congrats on the lack of booze Natty, but Mr & Mrs GG are quite correct - YOU NEED TO MAKE AN OP - even if it's just some account tidying.....

    Stop talking about crisps :)

March wasn't booze free for me, with hen do and 2 birthdays but I didn't go mad and had lime and soda in between each alcoholic drink

And make an OP, go on, you know you want to, otherwise its just going to me and you left here :)
