I might venture out and buy some bitter lemon - if I have that with ice, I can pretend....the real test will be if I can do a dryapril:cool:

I could pretend to be having a g&t then to keep you company

Glad the MB stuff turned up - though it was kind of funny it hadn'tA positive attitude may not solve all your problems, but it will annoy enough people to make it worth the effort

There is really something very lovely and special about weekends - especially Sunday mornings:T
I am currently back in bed with a cup of coffee, and listening to Steve Wright love songs on the radio:smileyhea
Today though, I promised my daughter that I would read through her assignment on classroom management (just batter them, that's what I say;)) after which I have a few more work bits'n'bobs to do.....
Washing, tumble drying:heartpuls and general tidying (although not of the tilly kind), are on my list, but first.........DIARIES:DFebruary13 - £74990 (or thereabouts)

Hi Natty,
just caught up on all your news. Amazed you've stayed dry... the attempted break in would have pushed me over the edge I think. And if that didn't do it, the relentless stripping definitely would have.know thyselfNid wy'n gofyn bywyd moethus...0 -
Hi Pavlovs:wave:
Yes, the dryness appears to have stuck....although my friend who is in need of a good natter is desperate to meet over a bottle of wine so I fear dryapril won't be on the horizon.
I am barely posting just now, RL (work) has been v busy but now it's the Easter holidays I can hopefully get everything back on track. I could have MOPed a few tinytillytidies however ashamedly haven't done so:o
Good Things
*3 and a wee bit months of no alcohol
*Stopped buying local rag/weekend papers (read online)
*Officially a University student
*Still going to lady-gym (1 stone down)
*Content with life
Could Be Better Things
*Money is b*llocking!!!!
*I'm eating chocolate, and crisps, and biscuits
*Haven't MOPed in yonks
On a small plus, for the last week and a bit, I have placed my pound and two-pound coins in a wee tin and have £26 just like that, so at least I can use as a MOP reserveand my tax code for next pay should be finally corrected, so beginning of May I WILL be back on track;)
Hope everyone's had a lovely Easter XFebruary13 - £74990 (or thereabouts)
