I know what you mean about being addicted to OPing. I am not OPing at the moment as directing everything to money for a house move but I MISS IT!!!! I cant wait to get into the new house and start OPing the mortgage. Such a great feeling to see the numbers come down, and a great motivator to not spend unnecessary money.Mortgage Free WannaBe!

This is the reason, people like me (well only me really) frequent this board. My sole purpose is to make even the tiniesttillytidy seem quite substantial......in comparison to my MOPs that is.
PS you're all most welcome;)February13 - £74990 (or thereabouts)

Hi Natty
Lovely to have you back over to my diary, tea or coffee while you're here? I'll be checking into your diary later to see the tiniest amounts OP'd. I'll give you a cheer also!
Monthly DD paid today. £243.77 OP and £93.37 interest on the Offset. Making a total of £337.14. Pleased with that. The interest paid is a big bonus to the cause.
Have a nice day everyone.Mortgage at Highest- £126.995 Aug 2006

Good morning all,
I'm pleased to see my Paypal has recovered to £168 after I emptied it to make the last OP. I really want to use this and a bit more to be able to break the £10k in OP's since I started this about 7 months ago. But I'm not going to be paid from this job for at least another 2 weeks. So I might have to hold onto this money, to help out with living costs. I will bash that milestone, just a question of how soon!
Hope everyone has a fruitful and prosperous day!Mortgage at Highest- £126.995 Aug 2006

Hello......
I've managed to have a pretty cheap weekend and that was very well needed. I need to have a very cheap 2+ weeks as I'm not going to get any pay for the last 2 weeks work for at least that long. Urgh! I've got a feeling I might have to dip into the OP to last until it arrives, at least there will be enough pay to recover it. Not Ideal but needs must.Mortgage at Highest- £126.995 Aug 2006

Morning everybody.
Been a bit quiet recently, not been on and posting much for the last week or so.
Finally get paid on thurs, after 4 weeks with nothing! I've had to take back some from the savings due to buying materials and living on. This will be returned by me being to put £2,000 back into the pot. This will give a £450 increase on the total and will break through the £10k barrier!!! Yay, so pleased to have reached that.
I'll get back into the habit of reading and posting on diaries now. I did have a frivolous spend though, a new set of alloys for my workvan. A little treat for working hard!Mortgage at Highest- £126.995 Aug 2006
