Happy Birthday Matt :T.

Hi,
I've just read your diary - started as something to read over lunch, but I've read the whole thing! You have made a massive difference already, congratulations on OP'ing over £10k already! Quite inspirational.
Happy Birthday too!

Happy Birthday Matt . Hope you have had a good day.
My Husband is the same age as you and he wants a new (second hand) car for his BIG 40 next year, he can but hope :rotfl:!0 -
Hi Sweetdaisy
Thanks for your kind words. I had a nice quiet day by birthday standards. It was really nice not doing very much, had my buddy round in the evening. So was a good day. Yesterday took the boys to a Party in the Park to mark a church's 150th year. We all had fun doing the games, everything was free as well.

Its been a bit of a tough last couple of months for making OP's. As there seems to be no end of things that require to either be done or be spent on to stop me making any payment. Firstly my earning is down on normal but is still about right for the time of year. Its now starting to pick up again, so I can see me being able to start doing the little OP's to keep me ticking along. Secondly, we are slowly doing the garden up with a new decking, this has cost about £1k so far with probably the same to come. I know I'm not paying for labour as my builder mate has donated his days in exchange for partly paying for his car that he's had off me. My ebay and car bits sales money has been partly used for everyday living and also to buy a nice load of camping tables and shelving, at least it didn't cost us from our normal accounts.
A couple of bright points on the horizon to come- My workmate is going to pay me the money owed to me for my car (mk2 Golf gti) he has now taken off my hands. Approx £700. And I'm slowly working through my receipts to sort out the end of year accounts. I can see roughly £2-2.5k coming back to me. Both of these would be OP'd.
While I've been on here, I opened a new PC window and OP'd £40 just to get back into the little and often way of thinking.
I've rambled on long enough now, must have immsonia! Wide awake at 1:30 with a 6:00 alarm for a busy day. Too many thoughts and ideas rushing around inside the brain!!! Grrr, go to bed me! Night all!Mortgage at Highest- £126.995 Aug 2006

Still here!!!!
While I've been awake still, I looked and found £75 in my Paypal. Moved it over to my bank account and have also OP'd it. Amazingly quick transactions at this time of day! I may have to do this more often.Mortgage at Highest- £126.995 Aug 2006

Hi Matt
DH is changing his mind all the time! He would love to get a VW Transporter, but at the moment he likes the look of Audi's.
Congratulations on 'finding' all those overpayments and great news that you will get your £700 for your car - keep at it you are doing well :T.0
