    Ignore it, but take it as a lesson not to park in disabled spaces in future.

    I received a parking fine in carters green. I checked the online forums and did not pay. I ignored all letters. But they just sent me a letter that they are taking this case to court. Please advise ASAP? Shall I go to my solicitors??

    Have you got signed and stamped court papers from mcol in Northampton ? If not its just an idle threat to go there. Providing its from CPS . By the way it's not a fine

    They are all or have been suspended from accessing the DVLA database for gross misconduct!
    Do you really need to ask what kind of people run parking companies?

    You mean they sent you another one of the usual debt collector letters? You should be just playing snap with them by now if you have read the forums.

    Tell us if it matches one of the letters shown in the 3rd thread down, or not?

    Okay I'll ask again is this from Northampton money claim online ? Does it have a code number and an address you can use to defend a claim? Please be exact
