CPS Midlands parking ticket

Most of these claims are dropped once a real defence goes in, I have never heard of cps midlands going there at all, what is the particulars of the claim by the way ? And being honest out of the 49 claims heard before a judge in 2011, 25 went for the motorist and 24 against. I would think the 24 against didn't come here or pepipoo
So I've got a 50/50 chance. Shall I just pay it or would pep ipoo really help? I don't want any further charges. And I was issued the parking charge on the right grounds. I just don't want any more charges added up. If I apeal, will they add more charges?

What????????? Nooooooo !!! You have an almost certain chance of winning or the PPC giving up.
Just 24 cases were won (including cases where the driver was too ill to turn up at court and the PPC just won by default). That's out of 1.8 million fake PCNs issued! There were lots more than 50 cases where people got the claim form that you have there but the ticket never actually went to a Court case in the end.
And if you have a pepipoo defence you will win. Lots of PPCs drop out when they see a proper defence. No one is telling you to 'appeal' but if it's a real case you simply need help to defend it and see the scammers off once and for all.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Look take it over to pepipoo for this, a lot of things have changed since 2011, like hrmc v vcs where the high tax tier court judge said that private parking companies cannot legally offer parking or take people to the small claims in May this year. The chances of success there has increased substantially because of this. And you have nothing to lose as the cost is going to be the same now or later if you lose, which I'm convinced you won't with a proper defence.Excel Parking, MET Parking, Combined Parking Solutions, VP Parking Solutions, ANPR PC Ltd, & Roxburghe Debt Collectors. What do they all have in common?
They are all or have been suspended from accessing the DVLA database for gross misconduct!
Do you really need to ask what kind of people run parking companies?0 -
I am wondering if this is actually a PPC stooge.
Giving loads of reasons to pay etc........For everthing else there's mastercard.
For clampers there's Barclaycard.0 -
