How long do Dell take to build a PC?

If you have ordered the right one, ring them up and demand a replacement and point out this to them.

The link doesn't take me to any product DELL seems only to be a good choice if they have stung you and you know to check each and every little detail meticulously. Their customer service is rubbish and I've been waiting over a week for any reply from technical support. :rolleyes:

I agree that you should have been sent the keyboard you ordered, but if you actually use any of those "multimedia" buttons, you will be the only sentient lifeform this side of Gliese 581c that does.

Really? I find myself missing them a lot when wanting to change track when I'm working on a word doc or wanting to increase/decrease volume my old keyboard had those.

I ordered a Dell on Sunday and I got a phone call yesterday (Monday, the day after ordering) at 5.00 saying it was ready for delivery. Now that's what I call quick!:T

Then they went and spoilt it by saying "we will deliver it on Wednesday between 8.00am and 6.00pm". After charging 60.00 (yes, 60.00!) for delivery, I expected better from them than that. At the very least am or pm.:mad:
