Strange, got mine as two separate payments, but on the same day. EON was quick with the balance refund too - all worked very well.

I've not had the same luck with OVO unfortunately. If all goes to plan it looks like I might get my refund around 6 weeks after my switchover date.

I don't know if you have received your refund yet but if not it might be worth a phone call to OVO.
6 weeks today so I phoned and at first they said they were waiting for final reading(as did my other supplier COOP who I am still waiting for) and then when I pushed for a part refund they looked at it again and found they did have the reading but it had not been put on system yet. Had to hold quite a while during which time they updated the system and processed the final bill but refund now finally on the way to my account.

Meanwhile I've phoned SP and asked them to resend final reading to COOP.

Thanks, fortunately mine arrived a couple of days ago, 41 days after my switch date.

I'd made the mistake of contacting them via their web form, where you get a reply saying "We are currently replying to all emails within 6 working days", and then the reply said "...you can expect your refund to be made within the next 8 to 10 working days". So not exactly lightning fast!

I have now received the second payment of £30. Probably the smoothest switch I have ever done.
