Scottish Power £70 cashback deal

sorry, I've now managed to find the appropriate section of the main site which has answered this question for me (unfortunately confirming that yes, they can do this).
I'll work through the steps listed there to try to get them to lower the payment.

We initiated the switch to Scottish Power on 17 Aug via moneysupermarket. The transfer of both gas and elec was effective on 26 September and we've just received the cashback (£40 + £30) today 11 Oct.

Also received the £70 (£40 + £30) from Moneysupermarket into my account on Oct 10 - same day as the first DD to Scottish Power went out. :)

I've received the £70 cashback and haven't received 'your switch is complete email'!! very happy with the speed.

Also confirm have received £70 cashback from Moneysupermarket on 10th October having initiated the transfer to Scottish Power on 18th August. Happy!!

I have only received £40 does anybody know who I need to contact to query the extra £30.

I too have only received £40 so far - switch now complete, final readings sent 3/10/12. Final bill received from Eon, but no refund of final balance yet! 1st DD to SP went out today.
Just wondering what has happened to the other £30 cashback.

We received £40 from moneysupermarket on 25th October but haven't received the final £30 yet. Sounds like some people got their's a week or so apart so am crossing my fingers it will come through soon!

I'm guessing it may be just a timing issue and the £30 will come separately. However I have just asked the question via the contact section on their website.
