Just to make you feel better, my Galaxy S2 fell from a car holder attached to a vent to the carpeted floor of the car and the screen cracked.

Its called tough luck, I paid about £80 to repair it, and not once did I have the idiotic idea of trying to hold the manufacturer or retailer responsible for my stupid mistake.

In future you will now know to buy a good car instead of one with flimsy plastic air vents & carpet thicker than a rice paper to protect your mobile phones ;) Or perhaps you can hold the car manufacturer accountable for £80, plus fuel and also wear and tear for your journeys to the mobile repair shop ?

Infact sue them for the car purchase price new, if it cant protect your mobile it cant meet safety standards for humans.
SO... now England its the Scots turn to say dont leave the UK, stay in Europe with us in the UK, dont let the tories fool you like they did us with empty lies... You will be leaving the UK aswell as Europe ;)

    LOL
Oi, I'm lying in bed on my tablet, when I burst out laughing and wake someone up it will be your fault ;)

And I'll have you know I have plush car mats, but now you mention it, I think I should sue the car mat makers, its their mat that broke the phone.

Can I claim for emotional distress as well? :D

Oh yes, I'd go as far as a joint claim with the further distress a slither of screen glass went down the back of your nail and your finger went green, now everyone is calling you greenfingers, your depressed, suicidal & unable to work or claim ESA as you dont qualify & the distress caused further by ATOS/DWP impending court case. The car is being repossessed and the handset/sim is now blocked as you couldnt afford the payments sick from work. Add PTSD from the shock and your almost a millionaire.

Infact you should sue Martin for a few million now, reliving these experiences in written text just got you sectioned under the mental health act.

Oh by the way my fee is only 90% ;)

You probably didn't ask for the right service. Apple have an out of warranty service, cost is £119 for the 3, 3GS and 4, and £139 for the 4s. As long as the phone is in one piece they will replace the phone, like for like.

    http://support.apple.com/kb/index?page=servicefaq&geo=United_Kingdom&product=iphone
It under the heading " My iPhone is not eligible for warranty service. What are my service options?"

Ahhh I thought you meant you just took it & they swapped it I understand now lol :)

I just took the phone companies insurance and sent my phone off waiting for it to come back this week
