Someone was mentioning spa visits at the end of the old thread. Not done any myself but noticed one on Mystery Shoppers recently.

BTW, I don't think you are allowed to sell booze without a licence.

Really...who would have thought that...still to be honest I don't really care, if he wants to sell it on to his friends that's his business
  • I have just noticed that MFers have used my photograph as an example of a good picture in thier briefing notes. Whilst I am flattered should they not of asked first?
  • A photo of you?

    Or of store?

You, then yes, if its of a store then legally possibly but maybe in their terms and conditions they have paid for your photo as part of their fees.

Unfortunately, as far as they, and the law, are concerned the amount paid is irrelevant. They could have paid you with a peppercorn and, assuming you accepted it at the time, that would be enough.
This was 6 months out of date so I've changed it.

On two occasions now, with different companies, my narrative was used as an example. I wasn't asked by either company, but I was secretly pleased. :T
  • On one of the bookies reports, not sure if anyone has seen it, one of the questions asks what was the best part of the visit? I wrote 'The door on the way out' lol! Then I saw it on the questionnaire saying not to write something like this haha!
