Had one email from RM about one of the two jobs I applied for with a completely random date which wasn't what I selected or even one that was there in the first place. I emailed them and received a reply saying to igmore it as it seemed their systems weren't talking to each other properly.
No email for the job I completed today - so not sure whether I should have done it today or not! And not sure I have the job number. Will do report and email them to say about it I think.
Glad this isn't just me - I emailed yesterday to confirm I would do both my jobs tomorrow, this is the date I selected online so as it's in the time range provided I am confident this will be OK, even though they have a completely arbitrary date on my paperwork! Teething problems... hopefully it'll be sorted. I've got 3 jobs out of the new online system so happy for now... unless this carpet one is a chore!0 -
The carpet one is really simple but you need to take care to get a proper name of a 1st recommendation as I find they run around the store showing you about 15 things...Sealed Pot Challenge #239

The jewellery test is really bugging me on Bare, already passed it twice for two jobs done recently but can't pass it this time - keep getting stumped on the same question and I swear I'm answering it right!0

Bah, looks like I won't be doing any more gfk banks - they (the bank) have, charmingly, frozen my accounts, due to an admin error I hadn't previously noticed.
Not happy. Spending the rest of my afternoon having to change my payment details for every single ms co.0 -
Just had a great email "Fancy a great night out in Aldershot?"
isn't that an oxymoron Ted!0 -
The RM carpets are simple enough but they can take time, for the slightly lesser fee the convenience stores are reletively quick in and outs.
I'm really pleased they have brought in an online system and hope they move more work to it. I'm not available for much of the time now so haven't responded to their emails for ages but if I can have a look and see what is available, when and where, in my own time I am more likely to apply for assignments.0 -
Totally agree on being happy to be able to browse the RM assignments and deciding when I want to do them. I think I'll be staying away for a bit though to allow them to work through any inevitable teething problems
Good to hear the views on the carpet jobs, I'd been thinking of doing one but thought the paperwork looked a bit lengthy for the fee so that put me off a bit.
Seemed a bit weird to be calling up the carpet shop first also before, wasn't quite sure how I would be wording any enquiry.0 -
Ah yes I feel like a lemon calling them up, the questions are often like !!!!!!, as if someone would really call a shop to ask that!?Sealed Pot Challenge #239

Has anyone done any of the fruity phone audits on ESA? Are these different from a normal mystery shop?0

Has anyone who has done a "blue bank" on GFK, ever got to speak to the right person? I have done around 3 in the last year and everytime there are no appointments availableThis is a system account and does not represent a real person. To contact the Forum Team email forumteam@moneysavingexpert.com0
