Thanks, I was using Firefox so clearly changing my browser isn't going to help. Give them a miss for a while I think.

Are you sure you are using the correct URL, I've had this issue before and I think I was logging on to another (international) version of their website. If I click on one of their website links in an email it generally sorts itself out.

Anyone doing the car test drive enquiries for ESA? I sent the emails & submitted the first part of the survey on Friday but I am now getting responses from the garages but haven't had another survey to complete yet?? Have read the brief and can't see what I'm supposed to do next.

I think they have to check the 1st survey first and then they'll put the second one there (I only did myfirst part this morning so not sure how long it will take). Think you're meant to do the second part within 5 days so hopefully they'll do their part in time.
