Can anyone who is on the posh car panel with TNS (the ones with 2 visits) tell me if it's normal for the Questionnaires to sit as "Completed" for a week past the deadline date? This is my first job on this panel and don't want to hassle them, but I would have thought they would have "Received" it by now!0

Yup, they can sit as completed forever, I've a few that I've been paid for months ago sat at completed.0 -
Thanks Graeme, I've done other work for them but as this was my first of those visits I wondered whether I should be chasing them or not.I shall wait patiently and see if I get paid0

From what I gather the photo upload is a security risk. It makes sense that a MS company asks for a photograph in my opinion, if your paying someone to do work for you, it's at least a good idea to be able to put a face to a name
I've heard some cases where some shoppers have sent people to do their work for them (without notifying the company), so it might be fraud reasons too?

Good to see Retail Maxim now has a website so we can see the assignment details before accepting them. :T
It's a bit Fisher Price in its design but it seems to do the trick for viewing assignments at least. I'll reserve judgement on other functions until I've had an opportunity to use them.0 -
Yup, it seems quite basic in terms of search function (i.e. there isn't really one :rotfl:) but it's nice to be able to see the jobs.
I wonder how that'll affect their allocations, because I always got the feeling they had their favourites who got most jobs. I used to get a lot from them until I took a break and, now I'm back, I barely get anything. I've just signed up to 7 jobs online though, so that's a bonus.0 -
Searching seems okay to me to be honest - I was able to use the search by town feature on the Assignments page and see assignments in other areas as well as the ones near me on the search by postcode function.
I much prefer being able to browse the job details and see exactly what's involved before signing up so it's all good from my perspective. I did my first assignment for them yesterday and was very hesitant to take it on without being able to see the brief first so this development is very good timing0
