Im finding the new maxim reports kind of confusing, it says in the notes do it via the old system style with the password etc but on the new system there is also a questionnaire.

Bit of a thickie, but is the CAT SHOP for ABAI really as scary as it seems on paper? I can remember looking at the STORE THAT SELLS A BIT OF EVERYTHING paperwork on ABAI and almost having kittens when I first saw it.......

Had one email from RM about one of the two jobs I applied for with a completely random date which wasn't what I selected or even one that was there in the first place. I emailed them and received a reply saying to igmore it as it seemed their systems weren't talking to each other properly.

No email for the job I completed today - so not sure whether I should have done it today or not! And not sure I have the job number. Will do report and email them to say about it I think.

I find the CAT shops OK - the briefing is worse than the reality. Worst part is needing to carry something round until you can take it back.

Is anyone else doing the Automotive calls for TNS? Please inbox me! Ive visited the Dealer 3 times now and apart from punching him in the face I dont know what else to do! Grrrr

I booked a couple of assignments with different dates and different alternate dates. Now I have got my emails with just 1 alternate date that I put in. I wanted to do some of them on one date and the others on the other date. Now do I stick to the alternative date and do them all on this date?

Yup, is this one dealer of your choice or one TNS says to do?
If it is your choice flick them off and find another, TNS will be fine as long as the job is done.

Ah thanks big Graeme that's exactly what I wanted to hear thank you so much! I thought coz I'd put the address in their system I had to call on it but i'll change it. It's one of my choices, the TNS given calls are very good. These are my first jobs for them and an eye opener is not the words! :-O
