Does anyone know how to change your user/forum name I have just realised mine is breaching my own personal security because its same as my email address - stupid me (i know) ???

I don't actually think you can change it. I think I read that on another MSE forum thread :-(

It's not usually allowed, but in circumstances like yours they will do it. If you e-mail forumteam@moneysavingexpert.com and list three alternative usernames in order of preference. Its really quick and easy.

Has anyone here done any frozen food visits today please? I've just started inputting, and there's a question about whether everything was clean. I've put no, but I can't see anywhere in the new form where we can actually write about what was wrong? So how are the store going to know what the problem was? I've read and re-read it, and I'm sure there's nowhere to comment which is really odd. Hmm.

I got a text from them saying we have a query on your reindeer report. and to ring them, I rang and said I could not locate the visitand I did not get an email, and was not able to to log in the web site to submit results.
So when I said I had not done the visit because of all this she allowed me to do it today and they will ring me tomorrow for the results.
Looks like the whole system gone to pot.
