If anyone is doing a slapper visit this weekend or next week, please do check the freezer section. They have a lot of items that have been reduced to clear at 50p. Also, check the health and beuty section as yours truly got shed loads of shampoos and such like for 2p a bottle. I can't guarantee this will be in every store, but what's the harm in a quick look!

I did a health food shop reveal for RA back in March. It came with a huge premium and included money for parking. It was my local. Did what I had to do, completed report, did it well. Heard nothing back about it being wrong or refused. Did another shop for them in April but diferent client. Havent been paid for either  despite my correct bank details being on my profile. Raised a complaint with them and their accounts sent me a form to fill in but have to wait upto 8 weeks for a response!!!!
Has this happened to anyone else? is it usual with this company? how likely am I to get paid? they didnt say my reports were wrong.
Their pay system is a shambles but, I've always been paid what I am owed eventually.0 -

Yes, finally someone who I can relate to! What an odd payment system. Least TNS give a slip so u can work out what's what but RA my goodness! It's almost a chore in itself!0 -

Another GAP visit, this time to a restaurant not in my home city. Slow times, poor cleanliness and, consequently, follow up questions asked about my timings and another request to confirm my ID.
I'm getting very bored of GAP and I will never confirm my ID as it makes no difference to my report and times at all :mad:0 -

Same happened to me this week - they have barefaced lied saying my timing were wrong I even sent them a photo of my stop clock split timing although this could have been from anytime i suppose. The manager has shaved 3 mins off the first timing point and i was spot o so im furious & have told them not to contact me again - massive waste of time0 -

It's so annoying; I get confirmation requests for literally every report I submit these days....if I wasn't doing these visits for a premium rate, I'd have chinned them off ages ago. But I am so I've not

. A positive attitude may not solve all your problems, but it will annoy enough people to make it worth the effort

As long as they pay, that's the main thing.0
