Why does it not surprise me that only 19% of the MF poll about "working from home" say that they are self employed. The results would suggest that the 70% that either don't want to, or don't but would like to haven't registered as self employed...
I have a full time job as well as MSing so answered No. I have registered as self employed for my MS income though. Surely most people do not do this as their main source of income. The jobs available in my area certainly wouldn't allow me to.0 -

Their website is very unreliable, it is hit and miss if I receive an email with paperwork. I had an electricals store disappear as you describe, no email etc a month or so ago. I emailed them to explain and they then chased me up for not doing the visit so it appears they are not taking much notice of what is emailed to them.
FWIW I don't think it should beup to the shopper to chase them up, it's wasting our time and money on calls. It's about time they sorted their website out, it's been running for a few months now so no excuse.0 -

I have never received a response to a RM email. At least RE/MF do actually respond, probably can afford to hire staff based on the pitence they pay shoppers0

Mine didn't even show on the bookings list. I remember reading the brief prior to booking and entered the details of the visit on my spread sheet but when I came to print off the paperwork etc the night before it was nowhere to be seen! Like I said I got chased by RM so I had booked the visit OK before it disappeared off the face of the earth :mad:0

I'm in the same boat as you, but answered yes. I guess it's down to interpretation, but the question was "Do you work from home?" not asking where you mainly work :think:0 -
How can the RE/MF bookies jobs be worthwhile for the client. The proofreader has just procesed the competitor visit first? And no queries...0

I did a health food shop reveal for RA back in March. It came with a huge premium and included money for parking. It was my local. Did what I had to do, completed report, did it well. Heard nothing back about it being wrong or refused. Did another shop for them in April but diferent client. Havent been paid for either  despite my correct bank details being on my profile. Raised a complaint with them and their accounts sent me a form to fill in but have to wait upto 8 weeks for a response!!!!
Has this happened to anyone else? is it usual with this company? how likely am I to get paid? they didnt say my reports were wrong.:cool:0 -
