Darn! I never phone GFK but I may have to at some point. In fact, I don't have much to do with GFK at the moment full stop. Hope they manage to get some decent clients and soon.

I'm still waiting too but the job wasn't completed until the end of the month so I guess it missed the pay run.

The previous brief did specifically say you could not return, so I always bought a lady pen which would sell on eBay. The brief may have changed. If it doesn't say you can't return, then why not?
