That's probably more to do with offering services, of any sort from your home, Vikk or to do with health and safely or nuisance.

I doubt anyone would be interested in you writing up a few reports at home. But I'm sure someone else will know more.

I sent an email to confirm timings last night and it hasn't been bounced back. The enquiry system is the most sporadic, sometimish system I have seen.

Keep sending if it's bounced back. Also keep a copy of it being bounced back in case they re-allocate your job.

Have managed to get a message through on their enquiry system but e-mails are still bouncing :(. Have kept copies of all failed attempts .

This might sound like a silly question but are you allowed to do mystery shopping if your tenancy agreement says you can't do business in the premises?

As Ruby says, I would think that is more to do with actually running a business from home, where you perhaps keep stock at the address or even have customers visiting.

For peace of mind, can you confirm with your landlord as to what they consider a business.
  • Thank you Ruby & Johnny G, I will check with my landlord! :D

I don't think mystery shopping will be a problem. It tends to be folk who run a sewing company / bakery / tuition or something like that from where they live. I know a lot of council tenants have been evicted for running sewing classes at home, not that I am assuming you are a council tenant.

Best check and that way you know for certain. :D

Your actual work is away from home, the places where you are mystery shopping, writing reports would not concern anyone so sometimes better to let sleeping dogs lie.

    Happy birthday mskitten and superliss!!!!

Does anyone here do merchandising? If you do circuit of jobs for a company and they change the requirements after the job has been attempted, is it fair to be asked to go back and do it again for no extra money?
