I remember doing a burger job and if the staff had been half as well trained at selling burgers as they were at looking for shoppers, it'd have been the best visit ever.Yes it's overwhelming, but what else can we do?

I did a drive-thru recently where the order taker misheard me and I stupidly failed to read the display and check, so I ended up with a meal not on the approved list. The difference in service was gobsmacking. I didn't clock why until I checked in the bag and realised that I'd been given the wrong meal. Turns out, the average punter gets their food virtually thrown at them with barely a grunt of acknowlegement. :rotfl:0 -
I reckon that they take a picture from the CCTV and print it out. There is one store near me that I haven't mystery shopped for at least 5 years. I don't go there all that often, yet as soon as I'm spotted, usually when in the queue, they go bonkers and give a full floor show.
I remember another mystery shopper who noticed that her car registration was on display near to the drive thru window.
Its all a game!0 -
Is anyone having issues with TNS new round of car jobs have had queries that are wrong and others that will be impossible to rectify?
Thanks0 -
Some days I wake up and just know I shouldn't bother today.
I have 3 visits and email/phone call
The lady selling telly channels couldn't get her availability checker to work and no one answers the phone at GFK on the weekends.
A brand rep muscled a member of store staff out of dealing with my technical enquiry
I sent the email enquiry and never got a callback
The free carpark I thought I was in wasn't free.
Though the cheap supermarket job went without a hitch, and the fee just about coverred the aforementioned carpark.Yes it's overwhelming, but what else can we do?

Reputedly not, and I think people have mentioned in the past they've been kicked off when they've been found out whether linked via bank account, IP address or other methods.
Blimey that's a bit extreme..... Maybe they should "talk" to people instead of having one rule for them.... I mean its a sackable offence to call them? If they haven't paid me then are getting a phone call whether like it or not!!0 -
MF payment is in0
