I once had my hair cut and when I tired to style it myself it looked awful so I went back in and cried! I was so upset the owner recut it for me for free. It wasn;t so much the original cut was bad but my hiar is curly, thin, there's LOTS of it and it's hard to style and the first hairdresser hadn;t taken that into account.

A good salon should redo it for free.

When I read in the second case that the staff were "hostile and unhelpful" I didn't say at the time but I could pretty much guess what had happend!

when i had mine done a couple of months back since then the red has only stopped washing out even though it was a permanent colour. it didnt take on the blonde bits.

ill be getting it redone for free when i have the time.

its great having a mate who's a hairdresser. she works fr a large chain but does me privately and she was mortified when she saw it after its first wash. just havent had the time for us to get together since.
