thanks for the advice everybody : )
If i was to pursue and take placks outside the hairdressers doe's anybody have any idea's of what i could write on them that would be really strong and maybe shock the hairdressers?
    thanks agaainnnn

Just use a different hairdresser in future.

If you start some harassment campaign you'll just end up in trouble.
    "Love you Dave Brooker! x"

"i sent a letter headded sales of god act 1979"

I am shocked, you haven't used the line 'seek compensation'

Dress up in a clown suit, make sure you have one with the big shoes for added effect.

Put "I got a haircut I've gone off" on your placards.

You need to crack on, because apparantly the world is going to end on Wednesday, and you need to put the hairdresser out of business *before* they get sucked into a black hole.

"My daughter isn't as stupid as she looks"
  • Hi, thanks again for eveyone's reply. I have seeked professional advice and unfortunatly their is nothing we can do. My daughter did want to stand outside with placards and it was her who asked you all the question "what should i put on the plaques", but i have talked her out of doing that.
We still feel truly truly devastated about it but will have to put it down to a learning experience, thankyou again for your advice.......
  • As a hairdresser I know u cant please everyone, but if anyone has a valid complaint I try my beat to come up with a solution. Wrong colour is rectified straight away cuts are redone , but its surprising how many people think if there as rude as they can be they will get there money back . If u have a complaint go straight back to the salon and be polite to whoever u speak to , explain the problem and give the salon the chance to put it right. If ur rude to them expect them to become hostile and unhelpful.

    And get arrested...

you cant get arrested for standing on public property
Those we love don't go away,They walk beside us every day,Unseen, unheard, but always near,
Still loved, still missed and very dear
Our thoughts are ever with you,Though you have passed away. And those who loved you dearly,
    Are thinking of you today.
