    Im not annoyed because I did'nt get the offer, to me it was a lucky dip whether I would get it or not.

    Im furious because I was directed to call Sky and I believed I genuinely would get it and thought the cost of the call would be worth it.

    Now Im out of pocket and could be further out of pocket again if I decide to call back again later. MSE should be ashamed of themselves with this shambles. MSE savers should never be out of pocket just by trying to redeem an offer.

    I was a little more cautious. When I saw the code wasn't being accepted online I thought about ringing and then saw the chat option. Not that it's much consolation to you....

    I agree wholeheartedly with your last sentence and would be interested to hear Martin's view of this once the dust has settled.

    I'm still trying, I now get through to the code validation page each time and an error message comes up saying 'A system error has occurred within the offer code validation service. Please try again later.'

    I got one but I think the website must have crashed as it says theres a problem everytime i try and enter it :( Been trying since the minute it went live

    Yes same problem here, even tried using the phone number it gives but after 15 mins on the line i gave up :(

  • Yes, I had just posted to similar effect........got code and trying to enter it since 4 p.m. Site appears to have gone down. Hope we can still use these codes when site fixed.
  • Sky site is down and they cannot do anything over the phone, they informed me to try again after 6.30pm.

    I didn't call them but even so, I entirely agree with your comments.
    I think both MSE and Sky have shot themselves in the foot here.
  • One other bit of information I got from the person on the phone was that. If you attempt to use the code online and it fails the code then becomes invalid this might explain the error some people are getting about a problem witht he offer system. Sky were also trying to blame MSE and not themselves for the problems.
