Its pretty funny when people say that iOS is to restricted and then I wonder what people are doing with their phone what an iOS can not do anyway :D

As for Flash Player: Most mobile webpages are now able to recognise the device you are accessing the webpage with an make videos available for your phone. try nfl.com

Last but not least and I mentioned this in another thread here: I am an Apple Fanboy but I obviously know that a Samsung Galaxy III is a fantastic phone and it possibly can do things what the iphone can not. However the same goes for the Iphone, especially the new one. I will be able to do things that the SGIII can not do, but the Iphone fits into my household since I have an Ipad, Apple TV, Iphone, Ipod and an Imac to come so I can hook them up together and do more stuff. I can not do this the way I like with the SGSIII.

So its down to your own needs and dont tell me anyone that one phone is better than anotehr phone. I personally thing it rubbish!

And before anyone gets me started on "Apple on wants your money...", well I was not aware that Samsung is a Charity who give out phone for free. Do they not want your money and after all get it?

Also some dont buy Apple because it is Apple... "you only pay for the name". Same people turn around an "have to have" the newest Nike Shocks, because similar shoes for a 1/3 of the money dont work....?!?! :p Doube Standard for me.

Only the Android fanboys uses start the price thing because nothing better to say. All companies including Google and Samsung are out to make £.
If the Samsung or HTC find that more money can be made with Windows Phone it will move to that.

It seem in compare to last year less Android fanboys are going on about it.

Until the iPhone can run flash player I will not even give it a second thought. Samsung Galaxy S3 for me.

Flash is dead on all mobile platforms. Even Android.

You can no longer (officially) install Flash on an Android device that doesn't already have it.

You can still sideload it and update via the Play Store, though.

I read that Adobe reversed this decision due to partner pressure?

Oh yeah, I forgot that. BBC !!!!!slapped them to change their mind in the UK.

    Thanks, iPlayer :rotfl:

Still, it's dead in every other country, and truth be told, it needs to be.
  • I'm primarily interested in it because I want the 4s to drop in price.

With HTML5 flash it pretty much a dying technology. Only a idiot would suggest buying a phone based on the ability to use flash. Most website no longer use it, or have alternatives when the users device does not support flash.

I am a Apple Fanboy, without Apple I would be pretty much out of a job so I will always support them. However I do admit some of the Galaxy S3 features are pretty cool, in saying that, IMO nothing compares to iOS and the iPhone. Samsung copied a lot of the design of the iPhone (and got a large $1 billion bill for it).

Its each to there own, I would never call anyone getting an android device as that's what suits them. I pretty much am tied to Apple for my work and I love the iPhone anyways, so I will be one of them saddos you see queuing up on the 21st outside the Apple Store at 4am.
  • nope got an android not interested
    What goes around-comes around
  • Would love an iphone but I know I'm too bloody tight to buy one outright or on contract! (hence why i like this site so much - it saves me money!)

My £10 Nokia is getting a bit flakey now though!
