Not a wise decision to post your email address is it ?
It is if you are trying to find more people to scam, the type of people crazy enough to give out all their bank details to anyone who asks.

Is it just me that thinks this?

    Have bad credit
Apply for loan through dodgy "broker" site
    Get charged
    Write on moneysavingexpert forums

Why are these people coming straight to MSE after they've been conned? Just doesn't make sense to me!

I would not email brunel above. If he was a company representative he would have to state to the site he was and it would be in his signature. For all we know he could be sourcing more people for loan companies to bug. If you are having financial troubles then go to people like the CAB before you go to loan sharks. Or talk to MA as in the adverts (sorry can't remember precisely who it was, but government agency).
What is this life if, full of care, we have no time to stand and stare
  • Hello everyone. fell into the trap of finance facility, well no loan taken, more then six months waited. but wanted to fight for that money. so I've contacted ombudsment. well after months and months with them, they realised that I was entitled of my 69 pounds back, plus 5 percent on top, and 50 pounds for the misleading. now they sent many letters to finance facility to make them pay giving them a limited amount of time to answer, and guess what? never received it. and ombudsment now they say they can't do nothing about it. They only passed it to a regular, but I know nothing will be done. so was it just a waste of time. now I've changed my bank details, if i send them a letter , do you think i would have any chance to get my 69 pounds back? and can i request to be paid by cheque. long shot here i know

The proble with squirreling things away in the T&Cs, of course, is the question of whether it should be prominently displayed up front or not, and indeed what should be in there.

Recall the famous examples: Paypal's T&Cs are longer than Hamlet; GameStation once wrote "we will take your eternal soul" into theirs...which didn't deter 99% of their customers.

How do you know they have not received your refund requests?

I heard a rumour they are prone to lie over the phone but you seem to struggle to grasp this concept.

The FOS will take it on as you have requested in writing but they haven't complied.
  • people i have dealt with FOS for more then six months. They did help, wrote down letters to finance facility. but finance facility hasn't got an obligation to pay the money. Fos haven't got the authority to order them to pay. what they advise me to do, is to take them to a small claim court

And if they have no obligation to pay, how will taking them to court help?

No obligation to pay = no obligation to pay.
Obligation to pay + non-payment = take to court.
