Heleeeen...does MFP adjust your calorie goal for you as you lose weight, or did you have to do it?0 -
Does it for you. You can however change what you want to lose, so goal of say 2lbs, 1.5lbs 1lb, 0.5 lb a week. I have set mine at to lose 0.5lb a week as gives me leeway on days when I want to go over.Morgage till Nov 30 GOAL MFW Sept 2016Aug 11 - £100k Aug 2016.... It's GONE!!!!!

Sure you will. The counting appeals to me. I really like the control and the guaranteed weight loss each week. Whereas slimming world is great but you can still potentially overeat.
