    Lovely dress :T
A positive attitude may not solve all your problems, but it will annoy enough people to make it worth the effort
    :) Mortgage Balance = £0 :)

  • Loads of extra pressure being dumped on us at work from above. Not a nice place to be.. Hey Ho, keep thinking mortgage free in less than a year..

Managed to go out with BM and ex boss for lunch (did 1/2 day) which was fab. Also to visit a boots factory staff shop which allows nhs staff in so got some Christmas bargains.

Hi Helen- avid follower here- albeit lurker! Just a quick question re your weightloss which has been amazing, along with your exercise and mortgage focus btw  Did you do it yourself or did you follow Weightwatchers or Slimming World? I can't find anything looking back through your thread. Needing advice please as I have a LOT to lose- any tips welcome :D
  • Hi Biglass. I used the free ap myfitnesspal, logged everything I ate (and still do) was hard first few days but then becomes easier as saves all previous eaten and so quick to do. I also built up my exercise, but its definitely the food that is the important bit. The ap has a "community" with different forums, including "success stories" which just motivates without having to spend money on clubs or magazines. Also loads of advice at your finger tips as well as the ability to log weight, with helpful scale (and measurements - which I never did).
