Good luck with today's long run. I strangely look forward to them. Well done on yougov payout, I am awful for checking for surveys. Really must do better!June 2025 - part 1 - £19,145 part 2 - £21,973 Total - £41,118 29 months to go!0

Yes pleased with survey cash which I tend to do whilst watching telly. Have a quite a bit in my Amazon account, about £188. Get quite a bit from tcb too, through holiday booking but my main drip of tcb money is groupon.
I managed long run Sunday but quite slow. Dave's hip a problem but also felt a bit tight chested. Checked hr in evening as didn't improve and was 38. Toyed with having day off sick but I struggle with this, so went in.
Felt pants and so mid morning checked hr and was 30! I have never seen a hr that low, one of my deputies said it's probably machine, so checked it manually and yes still 30. She said but you'd need to feel awful for a hr of 30, errr yes... Had a walk up to cardiology and got another ecg done, have ventricular ectopics when it was reviewed, they said, as long as you feel ok.... I don't!!! The long and short is, that they are very dangerous if you have heart failure which I know I don't have but otherwise carry on.. anyway came home and ate sweets. Still feel pants so not sure whether to have a few days off. Currently googling ventricular ectopics..
So no run tonight... felt really cross about it as worked really hard on times, pace and distance. A few days off I think.
Embarrassingly the nurse who did my ecg I used to work with, the nurse specialist reviewing it, I know and people get stopping to chat, as several used to work with..
I can't help thinking at times, how unwell I've been this year compared to previous year when I was 5 stone heavier..
Dd 1 came home, v upset, exam went very badly despite her spending literally hours revising... her life is over.... Have fed her chocolate and hugs.Morgage till Nov 30 GOAL MFW Sept 2016Aug 11 - £100k Aug 2016.... It's GONE!!!!!

Helen I do hope you are having some time off sick. Please listen to your body.
Hugs for dd too, hope her exam isn't the disaster she fears.
Hope your week gets better xxJune 2025 - part 1 - £19,145 part 2 - £21,973 Total - £41,118 29 months to go!0 -
Thanks cathT. Rang in sick, hardly slept and still felt tight chested at 6, so felt wasn't worth even thinking about. Nipped youngest 2 to school as pouring it down, oldest had left much earlier for pre school revision. Went back to bed and just up in time for huth.. My chest now feels very bruised rather than tight which is an improvement. Least my heart isn't sat in my neck as felt like earlier.
Sofa day me thinks..Morgage till Nov 30 GOAL MFW Sept 2016Aug 11 - £100k Aug 2016.... It's GONE!!!!!

Re: Fitbit, I do have one... but I used to term myself the 'anti-fitty' because a lot of my fitness (such as it was) was more gym/pool based and I rely more on a Polar heart rate monitor.
It was interesting seeing some of the distances covered in some tournaments and is handy for catching non-specific exercise. But for me it's back to MFP and the gym/pool- Mortgage @ March 2008: £194,965 ; Lightbulb Moment: July 2011: £164,926; End Date: March 2033

Got me looking again. Heart strap or no heart strap? Although seeing as mine was 30 on Monday, May be worth the extra pounds.
Car wouldn't start at work Thursday. Rare moment when was out the building on time but mostly due to feeling exhausted (a wee moment were could have cried when wouldn't start but sucked it in)
Rac out and garage bill was £414 …… ouch. Alternator and battery.Plus leaking oil filter.
Gym with dd 2 again. 2 hour session so loads of weights as well as cardio. Chest tight so plan a gentle run tomoz.
