Dm2 really funny, great film. Definitely recommend.
Am struggling with work but least going in right direction. And yes, not handled being off work well... much better day today as have really struggled physically this week. Plan to take it steadier next week so don't pay for it for days after..

Definitely take it easy Helen. I imagine in your job that even being there for a few hours means you are trying to cram in far more duties than is possible to complete! Your team will understand (provided they have rota!!)

Yes off duty was first thing I did last Monday, then another completed on the Wednesday. Definitely the thing staff most want. I do love our eroster however the old paper version is doable at home but the e version not.

Exercise tolerance test today... My heart rhythm was fine throughout although at the end my blood pressure plummeted and felt like I was going to pass out, clammy, dizzy etc. On the positive, at least proves on record that something is wrong and I think that makes me closer to getting sorted. Also lovely lady sorted my 7 day tape there and then, so now wired for sound!

Yes ss, I don't cope well with peace and quiet.
A nice walk today with Dave, out in the lovely sunny day, didn't even need my thermal trousers.
Dd 1 birthday sleepover went without a problem and helped her start her ski trip packing.
