Hi everyone, I'm in this week after a couple of months AWOL.

One quick question - I have a metallised ironing board cover. Can I put this in the washing machine?

Welcome back, look on the manufacturers website - I've no idea, just have a regular one.

  • I've done a quick s/s of the LR and Scullery, hoovered floors/decluttered as needed. WM, TD. Need to get the hall cleared I have visions of OH taking a dive cause he cant work the crutched yet:rotfl:

Phoned SiL, 2grand make for spina bifida charity at the race night on Saturday in memory of her brother I'm well chuffed:j I even managed to win 25pounds worth of Ann Summers vouchers, a massager and DD won every race plus batted her eyes at the lady who won the gift basket she wanted and she gave her it and a gent gave her a huge box of choclates that he had won! Also phoned a friend to cover OH's discos while he's out the game, I could cry at the money we are loosing:cry:

Off for an HHC if anyone wants to join me I will do the hall then meal plan and do an online grocery shop, why didn't I ever learn to drive?

  • Hello

I can't believe the first time I have had chance to check the thread and we're on page 4! I haven't had a chance to catch up with it yet, but I will by the end of today.

After being a very lazy FLYlady this week, I pledge to be better this week. Both boys enjoyed their first day back at school together and I am now back at wirk so I do need to be organised.

Wipe worksurfaces right into the corners

    Hello,

well I decluttered a docs appointment, told her how I was feeling, she made me do a questionnaire and said mild depression with moderate anxiety, and has given me some meds and some advice, a bit of a talking to really about going easier on myself. She also gave me some cream for my insect bites :A
Feel relieved and disappointed at the same time. Glad I got it all off my chest, hope things start to feel a bit easier, but a bit like I've let him down for giving in. He was devastated when I said I had a counselling appointment, he blamed himself for putting me in "this mess". Which of course is nobody's fault at all. :(
