I think you should go back to your GP & demand that you are referred to some sort of help gorup, I think talking will help. My aunt saw a phsycholigist for a long time to cope with various things, one of them was her mother disowning her & favouring her grandaughter over her (not one other person in family speaks to her) & phsycologist said she had to deal with her mother as if she was grieving & she had to go through the whole process, know its totally different circumstances for you but I really would go back to the GP! x
i dont know if i want to even bother. Why didnt they even say to me about this 7 stages of grief? They must surely know about it?Because from my friend telling me it made me feel better knowing that its the norm. I just felt that they just shut the door on me without offering me any real help, and on top of that it now looks more likely that i am since i am grieving the depression/anxiety is a symptom? so why not say that to me at the time?

Stick with it Piglet, hope you are feeling better really soon.
RFD, I agree with macpep and beanie, get back to that doctor. Thats well out of order.
Rummer:T great stuff..keep going, you to Where You Were Working
psychopathbabble...
New group again for me, didn't call target just lowered my expectations for a while. Think I like this one so feeling a little more positive. Considering I lost 1/2lb despite maxing out on syns (and then some) every day last week, plus last week was a thursday morn wi, this a tuesday night.. 1/2 is a blessing!0 -

RFD can you find a charity that deals with grief counselling? Cruse or similar? They may have a better understanding than your GP seems to.
Piglet hope you get sorted soon and get better quickly.
Well done to all you losers! I'm about to start my marathon cooking session for the indian tonight, I'm just hoping it all comes out ok after all the food I bought and effort I'm about to make. Will post recipes if it all goes down well!Became Mrs Scotland 16.01.16Became homeowners 26.02.16

Oops! I think the key might be mix the eggs and quark well and make sure the pasta isn't too hot when they are mixed - maybe rinse it through with cold water before you mix them.
PPB, WYW & Rummer- well done on your losses
Macpep - hope things go better this week and you have educated your DH!
Piglet - hope you feel better soon, and you too RFD - their treatment of you is shocking. If it was as easy as 'getting yourself to partake in activities' you wouldn't have sought help in the first place. I would go back to your GP or complain to someone. *hugs*
Nothing to tell here, just waiting to hear about a couple of jobs I applied for - one was a long shot so not expecting anything but quite hopeful about the other. EE for me today:
B: Porridge (B), milk (A), banana
L: L/O courgette pasta bake (cheese counted yesterday)
T: Thai chicken curry & rice (1), pitta bread (6)
S: Pear, pineapple, Rocky (5.5)

RFD - thats shocking!!! there will be a GP council somewhere (maybe a general practitioners council or something like that) that you can officially complain to... after all, they sent you there!
EE so far for me today, but shall try to make it a SE day...
B was a plum on the car in the way to work
L: h/m veggie soup, slice of bread (1/2 HEB) and a skim of butter (2 syns?) a mini bag of carrots, and a pineapple stick thing (both courtesy of az dah 5 for 1.50)
dinner not sure yet, maybe some fish and vegetables? hmm having a 'groundhog day' thought about dinner.... would love a baked spud but havent a clue what to put in it/with it, so might void that idea until next week....I'd rather try and fail, than not try and never know
On the wagon again I go.... royally fell off.... 4.5st (63lb) by June 2016.... LET'S DO THIS!!!!!!!0
