    Morning all.

Just attempting to summon up the motivation to go outside in the cold for mr dog's walk, who also doesn't appear to bothered right now!

Tidied and repainted my nails last night, thinking today I will take some ebay photo's ready for next weekend and get that ebay pile down some more and gt some funds in to repay those CC's. Also planning on shredding and starting the literature review/references today.

Better get dressed then and make a start!

Well, its very cold out there - wrapped up warm in my puffa which I thought I'd drag out as it's colder this weekend than all winter - bizarre?

Looks like I won't be running next week as the snow shows no sign of going quickly or the temp warming up. Also plans to sow some seeds will be put back a week or so.

I have just done L2 Extreme Shred - certainly not getting any easier after all these weeks, anyway it's done for today!

Fabness so far then has been nails tidied up and repainted, hair mask yesterday and pretreatment today - when that 1L size bottle from my total waste of money days on any beauty product. Still a long way to go and I've had it for ages already. Think I will put £10 in my treat pot when that bottle is finally used up as a reward for both using it up and recognising I will never buy it again - no need for it at all. My treat pot of a pound in each time I use up a beauty product stands at £50 - great stuff! Looks like I'm well on my way to affording my much longed for and needed running trainers in a month or two's time

Planning to start writing some of that literature review today or at least a good robust plan.

Also another NSD planned for today, watch that DVD to send back tomorrow.

Exciting! Plan written down and broken down into manageable sections - 7 of them, just one section to do some more reading on which I'm about to get on with, just having a cheeky break!

Day started off well with 6 week 6 pack this morning - felt like a change after 3 months of extreme shed and shred.

Made 5 portions of lovely tomato and cous cous soup - just the thing for a cold icy day. Turned out way nicer than I expected, really enjoyed it. Cost hardly anything to make using dried chick peas had for ages, carton of basic tomatoes, pich chilli flakes, old celery, onion 2 carrots 2 tbsp cous cous and 1.5p stock cube. Estimating around 12p per portion - excelllent debt busting soup!

    Totted up this months spends which came to;

NSD 20/20 - have set another target to reach 22 NSD.

    Grocery challenge
    - £145.60 going over by £25 for March, total to date is £382.48/£1440

    Petrol spends
    - £97.28 good this month coming under budget for once, aided by having this week off. Doing well overall considering I used to spend at least £180 a month. Having to be very frugal with the car use though, but hey, needs must and all that.

    Clothing spends
    - £18 this month - better but almost halfway through my budget for the year. Goal is have a clothing NSD April, taking it one week at a time - worked with the NSDs so should work well here too.

Budgeting plans - all on target for car costs, birthdays and christmas. Next month to include dog spends and hair cut costs.

Payday on Thurs and will be getting fuel and food shop, plus some flowers for Mum for Easter

It's another NSD in the bag today making it NSD 21

Had my haircut and tidied up by my lovely hairdresser who is doing a great job and also complimented my hair being in healthy condition which was nice. As I had taken the money out on a previous spend day I can count today as a NSD - yeah for planning! It's certainly working out well.

Just eaten a bag of walkers baked which I used to devour daily at one stage of weight loss a year or so ago to wean me off crisps - urrgh, tasted gross. Isn't it amazing how taste changes when you don't eat something for 6mths then go back to it. Yuk - what will I do with the remaining 4 bags, wait until I'm desparate for them? Take them to work I think and give some away. Looks like my crisp and potato based snack days are over and done with - surprising considering how many bags of crisps I have eaten over the years.

What else - I'm going to write a section of my literature review this afternoon and see about tking mr dog for a longer walk despite the cold as we could both do with some more fresh air. Did 6 week 6 pack this morning which was good too!

    Fabness today
A relaxing day after a dreadful night's sleep last night for some strange reason.
Read for uni and the dissertation - one super long dense paper and some shorter ones - aiming to write 2 sections tomorrow plus begin references list.

Tonight's treat is a nice relaxing bath and face pack and also a rather delish HM apple and blackberry sponge pud and custard - yum!

Ta-dah! NSD 22 today - yeah! Might even get another couple in before the end of March

Well finally managed to do some writing today - not much but a start at least.

Tomorrow I'll be out food shopping. topping the car up and looking for a suitable Easter pud recipe for the weekend as I'm off to see mum.

Fabness today was covering up my greys again with colour and another long bath.

Well, I wrote a liitle more, plus a list of references used so far and notes of areas to link and cover. A long way to go yet so planning some steps to take tomorrow to move closer to the finish of the first draft. If I can get this done by next week I'll be very pleased.

    Fill up with petrol
Sweep and mop floors as its drier and brighter for a change
    Clean bathroom
Go on a longer walk this afternoon with Mr Dog around the waterpark
Write for a couple of hours
Find a suitable weekend pudding recipe
