I'm not sure if I've got them and don't want to buy them if I already have them, but I'd really like to stitch them. I've had a look through my pile of magazines but there are so many of them that I can't find these charts even though they might be there somewhere.

Alternatively, does anyone know if these are available as a chart pack or kit from the designer? I'm reluctant to pay £2.50 for a few pages torn from an old magazine when I know the designer will get nothing for it. I'd rather pay a little more and give my money to the designer to fund more designs.

PS Just seen someone found out (in such a hurry to help). I am a member of her pages and she does send messages - she has hurt her self just now so is resting and their is a new book coming out.

HOPEFULLY I will get all my little jobs (pfftt surveys - little) done today so I can have a stitchy night. Not picked it up in over a week.

On the plus side DS1 is at school all day.
On the downside DS2 is TRES mardy and full of cold.

Sorry for not replying to anyone's posts - typing form work so have to be quick.

Popping to local shop this pm to get floss I need DMC550. But also want to get thread sorted to start the Bug for my son. If anyone has last months Cross Stitcher could they be kind enough to check the DMC thread numbers for the Bug please. I'm at work and bug pattern is at home so I can't check. If someone would be kind enough to post list of DMC thread numbers I would be extremely grateful. Know it takes one of the shiny DMC threads but don't know which.

pap - I love the Joan Elliot angel. Polstitches fabric would be lovely but tbh the design will stand out by itself, especially once all the beading etc is done so you're right to save the money :money:(Which mag is the design from btw, I think it missed it?)
Ps your little bird is lovely, it would look nice in a little silver frame. You can always put it away until you find someone who would appreciate it

Ruth - Sorry to hear you have had more problems since losing weight, hoepfully you will get sorted soon and things will settle down after that. You have inspired to get back on my diet and try and lose some weight before Christmas so any tips are welcome

Mags - 'That's coming along nicely :T The shading is brilliant - it's one of those designs which doesn't make sense close up but just take one step away and the impact hits you

Ailsb - Glad you got something nice with your voucher even though you didn't get the diamante thread. I hadn't actually heard of it, I will need to have a look online for a stockist.

Sk00bie - Wow you have done loads on your angel! :T I'm loving the stitching. I wasn't sure if it was something I would stitch but it's really grown on me - can anyone tell me if the mag is still in the shops?
Ps - I love those little angels, can't wait to see them made up

elliep - I remember your santa well, he was stunning. He is still on my to do list but loads of other stuff has taken over.

Ps - My Cross stitch Heaven order arrived on Saturday morning - it was nice to come home and have a look through that. I got loads of cards and some of those little metal tags that say 'handmade with love' - they were only 50p a pack and will look nice on the back of frames etc.
