So before I pose the question, just want to emphasise that I'm not on the ask or begging for the font chart but...........
Just wondered if anyone knew where I could get an A to Z chart of tatty ted cross stitch letters (or something similar) so I can add my girls names onto their tatty teds with rabbit pictures once I've finished?? A friend of mine did our eldest daughter a tatty ted birth sampler and she has looked everywhere for the chart for me to borrow but alas she can't find it
I know re copyright etc, but even if I could find a font type similar it would be perfect to finish off their pictures.
Many thanks in advance xx0 -

A friend of mine on Facebook has a little boy around Jaxon's age and has found out recently he suffers from muscular dystrophy. This illness is awful and means he will have a shortened life span.
This is the blurb from their campaign....
Muscular dystrophy is a condition – of which there are 60 different types – that causes muscles to weaken and waste over time, leading to increasing disability. The conditions may affect not only the muscles in the limbs, but also those of the heart and lungs, sometimes significantly shortening life-expectancy.
The Muscular Dystrophy Campaign is the leading UK charity fighting muscle-wasting conditions. We are dedicated to beating muscular dystrophy and related neuromuscular conditions by finding treatments and cures and to improving the lives of everyone affected by them.
The Direct Debit scheme is currently running a Big Break campaign which will donate money to good causes. This is their blurb...
We are giving away £5,000 a month from March until June, and your votes will decide how the money is divided up. Every month we will ask YOU the public - to vote. The good cause with the most votes each month will receive £2,000, the runner up £1,000 and the remaining £2,000 will be divided equally amongst the runners up.
Could I please ask everyone on here to please vote for Muscular Dystrophy Campaign. It only takes 2 seconds and would help this cause massively. It is currently ranked 8th, let's get it up to 1st !!! Thank you xx

Thanks for all your replies. I didn't actually end up eating any last night as I was quite full from tea but I doubt it will see easter ....:rotfl:
So intending to continue the spring cleaning today. Can't wait to get started but will wait for a little bit as a tad too early yet and still drinking my morning cup of tea.
Have to say I investigated the cross stitch key ring kit last night that came with cross stitcher and I like a lot so intending to stitch that :T0 -
Well yet again WH Smiths has let me down. Popped in just now to get the new Cross Stitcher but no sign of it or even in the other newsagents nearby. Looks like I'll have to wait til tomorrow and pick it up with CSC at the same time hopefully.
Very cold here so got to find something to do at home with my little boy while DD at pre-school

Morning everybody,
Just bought one of these from lidl:
http://www.lidl.co.uk/cps/rde/SID-0EC6A933-D33D4EE6/www_lidl_uk/hs.xsl/our-offers-2491.htm?action=showDetail&id=582
as husband bought one for his fishing things last night and I realised that the plastic boxes inside the main part of the bag are the same size as the large DMC bobbin boxes - in fact they are almost identical and I checked with my existing box and the partitions etc are in the same places and there are 6 of these boxes in the main part of the bag and also 2 smaller ones in the side pockets. There is also a handy front pocket, so although it is not a "girly" colour, I thought it would be great to store my bobbins and other bits and pieces and at 19.99 a really good price.
Not got very far with my Emily Peacock hug cushion as the kids haven't been well this week but hopefully will get some done this evening.
Happy stitching

Hi
Yes it is me in the new Cross Stitch Crazy. THought I might have got a sneaky copy but they said no as they don't receive them in the office until the subs copies are sent out so will have to buy it on Thursday.
Looking forward to the new cross stitcher tomorrow too as i love the look of the keyring kit with the wooden keyring. Can I put a shout out that if anyone else doesn't want the free gift, I would be happy to take if off their hands to make for my craft fair stall.
Thanks
Emma
Sorry Emma but the free gift is about the only thing I spotted in this issue that I would really like to stitch. There are a couple of other designs I like but none has made it to my "must do" list0 -
Thanks for foing this and also thanks to Louise for her comments - always love to read the reviews of magazines and see the different opinions. I've tried to add my comments in colourchickywiggle wrote: »review part 1.............

The Joys of Spring ....... another Joan Elliott Fairy. We all know my views on them.
I like some of the JE fairies but not this one
May Monkey - cute
not for me
dolly parton - anyone think the chart (not the pic) reminds them of a warewolf?
No it didn't but it also doesn't look a lot like Dolly Parton
50 new home motifs - I like these.... not sure I'd ever get the stitching opportunity but I like them.
I agree
perfect presentI like the panda, he doesn't often get used in cross stitch
Not keen and all that white stitching on white fabric would drive me mad

I don't often stitch cards
circus motifs - Again I like these.... not sure I'd ever get the stitching opportunity but I like them. could make cards with some of them.

Love these designs
