Popping in for a bit of a catch up and update.

Mrs. MP - tinkerbell looks so cute. Got SB sorted over yesterday and a bit of today so I'm back on track and ready to post a pic next.

winnie - well done on sticking with just the thread storage box - what willpower you have . 'Gym' what's that - I think I've heard of it before :o:o. Struggling to go atm.

Bobbis Mummy - great to hear that the stardrops etc have worked on the stains. Looking forward to seeing a piccy.

Mags_cat - I just love having a roam around large garden centres. Less of the comments re turning into your mother please - I'm probably old enough to be your mother (cough cough) We are getting to the stage now where we are changing things to make things less labour intensive (easier on the back and knees and leaves more time for stitching). Can't wait for some sunshine and we can get out there though.

Ruth - think I would be tempted to finish painting before carpet arrives. We are in the process of doing kitchen. Think all painting is finished now - new vinyl flooring hopefully arriving Wed and new fridge/freezer should land on Thursday.

JCS1 - love the framed pieces. Looking forward to seeing birth sampler and Buttercup Farm.

sweetcarer - love purplework - you seem to progress to fast.

caroline - the threads seem to be a really good deal. I dont think I have really used varigated threads before. I can remember reading somewhere that if you stitch ////// then \\\\\\\ gives a different effect to stitching XXXXX. Is this true or have I been dreaming?

fos - I could understand how I had mixed the symbols up - both were 'C's only one was slightly bolder than the other. Oh the kit I won was Thomas Joseph 'Ewe are my sunshine' I think it was called - its only a little one but it will make a change between SB and 12 Days of Xmas. Love your updates btw.

nmm - lovely update. Good luck on getting your current page finished this week.

Made a start on Page 1 tonight - but haven't got very far as hands and shoulders are aching.





On subject of aida/evenweave - dare I say that evenweave scares me. Note to self - make more effort to give it a go during 2013.
