Jsc they are lovely.
Had an hour of stitching earlier but none tonight. Been to the gym and im knackeredI'm trying so hard to be thrifty, but it doesn't come naturally. You lot are an inspiration!JUST LOVES THE O/S BOARD0 -
Louise - any update on your nephew.
Ruth - how's your brother.
Brednall - about the show at the nec. I normally use tesco vouchers for my show ticket and get the train which costs about £6 which I consider ok for a nice day out. Would think twice if had to pay full price for a ticket and the parking fee. I go on my own normally and try to do 3 sessions whilst its realy busy and look round fully when it gets quieter after about 3pm.
Caroline - your 4U2P looks good and you finished it so quickly.
The various cat pictures made me smile.
BobbisMummy - your Noahs Ark loks really good, it was worth persevering with. Look forward to the updates on the rabbits.
Pumpkin - welcome to the cafe. Your cards for sick children sound a lovely idea.
Re cross stitch gold - I did the trial offer late last year and didnt think much of it. The projects were too large for me I'll never get round to them.
JCS1 - your framed pictures are fab, I particularly like the cat and I'm not really a cat lover. You've been really busy, what's next.
Finish the row of cupcakes and coffee cup for my friends apron then put her name on it and didnt like ut. Had to get the quick unpick on it. Put it to one side last night as thought I'd rip the fabric. Will fjnish unpickjng today, wash, dry and resew her name in a different "font" as my husband calls it.
Its snowing here and sticking at the moment. Have a good stutching day.Cross Stitch Cafe Member #59 :j

I haven't managed any stitching yet today/this weekend as I decided to go back to the bead shop today that I visited a few weeks ago. I suppose its a sign of the times that the items I saw in the shop (aside from the beads) can be purchased much cheaper online..... makes me sad really. you feel you should support these independent shops but not when they are charging so over the odds.....
I'm undecided about my plans for tomorrow. I kind of think its about time I got myself to the cinema and saw Les Mis but that's a lot of precious stitching time to give up :rotfl:and for the price of the cinema ticket - well I could buy the dvd for less... guess it will be the summer? before its out?0 -
Good Prevning (as Sheldon would say) Everyone
Another one bites the dust in my list - No4 - snowdrops x 4, for my 13 projects in 2013.
So here is some pictures.
All four together - excuse my knee - it likes to get into photos nowadays lol
One on its own
Now to have a look through my thread stash to work out the colours for the alphabet hearts for Sandy Hook.

JCS. All 3 look stunning. Your framer has done a great job with your lovely work. I particularly like the racehorses. They look so realistic0

the snowdrops and framed pieces are lovely.
Used to play coin dozer all the time with DS1 but not put it on my new phone - tooo distracting.
there's a grabby game too like the toy ones in amusment arcades - used to play that when the coins ran out.
here's my update..... just one and a half houses to go, the title and the saying at the bottom if I get time to chart and stitch it.
washed hands farr to much today so off to find some hand cream, get a blanket to try and warm up and then crack on with it.loves how my "I've been censored" signature has been censored. LOL. Happy Christmas. :xmastree:0
