  • Went to bed at 11:30 cause I was shattered, woke at 12:15 and was fully wide awake. Lay in bed for a while playing Coin Dozer (Thanks girls, now addicted to this, on level 25 so a bit to go to catch up), and then decided to get up. Have one wash done and hanging up and another in the machine. Could sort some more boxes but most of that has to be done upstairs and don't want to waken anyone, so going to sit on the settee and stitch while watching Dreams of A Life which I recorded earlier...xx

I'm not a fan of cs Gold either. I took out a similar trial sub and there was hardly anything I really liked in any of them so I didnt renew

Had another look through mags last night (CS Gold/Crazy/WOCS) and still say Gold is my least favourite. But I will wait and see what the remaining two issues have to interest me. :)

Ha Ha welcome to the Coin Dozer Club. :rotfl::rotfl: Think I'm on about level 190 and can't seem to get rid of all the coins (about 11500). They wouldn't regenerate fast enough for me at the start. Good luck with other levels. Not being able sleep is awful - sometimes I just cannot switch off.

    Take care everyone

  • Morning ladies. Hope you're well. Going to try and do some today but ive got tonnes of house work and cooking. Ive also got to start making eight cushions but im lacking the motivation. Plus ive agreed to go to the gym three times a week with my stepmum. Just finding the time is a mission.

    Hi ladies.

    CosyPumpkin. Hi and welcome!

Winnie. Hope you are feeling better today and the migraine has gone. Do you find you suffer effects for a couple of days afterwards? I do and I hate it!

Yesterday I couldn't have been concentrating properly. Started a new length of thread, got to nearly the end and realised I had gone wrong somewhere! Compared the chart to my stitches and found the mistake was at the start of the length :(

Hi shelly. Feeling much better now. I do get aches in my arms afterwards. I have them regular unfortunately. The docs given me tablets to take everyday to stop them but im not seeing any good effects from them.

I hate unpicking it drives me insane

My Aunt gets them very regular too. Luckily for me I can usually spot the symptoms and get some paracetamol and ibuprofen in me quick enough to keep it at bay, unless I get up with one then not much helps unfortunately.
For a couple of days after I feel very tired, grumpy and generally blurgh!

Yep all sorted. I usually refer to other stitched areas as I go so a mistake is quickly spotted but this was an empty area working towards a stitched area and I couldn't be bothered to count the gap to the stitches so far away, when I got close to the stitched area I was out by 1!
    That'll teach me! :D

I take propranol daily to help to stop me getting attacks. Have done since I was about 18. I also take maxlat when I do have an attack - doc only prescribes 3 at a time for them. They melt in your mouth. When I have an attack I need a quiet and dark room. My left side seems to disable - can't seem to work it right during - I get my warning when I feel sick and have a pain above my left eye.

Not done much stitching last couple of days, even tho my deadline for snowdrops is tomorrow. But I have been feeling unwell - just a cold but feeling exhusted when I come home from work - yesterday I went straight to bed when I got in - no dinner just wanted bed.

    Keep well everyone
