Maria its not actually called flight of fancy the design is a SAL over 12 months and is a mystety design. Each desihn is revealed the first of each month and can be stitched as a whole design or individually. It costs £3 to sign up and have access to the charts so very reasonable. Laura - The Disney stitch is so stunning! 18 months definately well spent. It looks magical, I bet you are really pleased with how it turned out.

Chicky - Love the "Dictionary of" update, you are putting me to shame. lol. You are right about how the back stitch has brought it to life. It is coming along so well, can't wait to see the finished piece!

Was it? Glad I never saw it on there first :rotfl: It's not a bad price for a full kit, and the exchange rate isn't too bad at the moment so it works out under £9 then a couple of ££ postage

Edit: I just checked the price on sewandso - £25.13 and that's with 25% off :eek:

Chicky - Dictionary is coming along nicely. I love that range but have never managed to find time to get round to doing one - my wish list is too full of other stuff

Thanks Louise - though I did have the Monday comedown, thanks to the weather my Son's preschool couldn't be trained on his Epipens, so his start will be delayed again (they delayed his start by a week and a half initially to have training, and have pushed it back a further week). I was looking forward to some stitchy time this week! Oh well, hopefully he will start next week and I can have a few stitchy hours!

If so I did also, though yet to get started. Didn't get on well with Confetti of Hardanger sal so hoping may learn from this one and then could restart CoH some point in future.

Yes that's the one. I gave up on the other one as well, although I got on fine with the tree of stitches which I've stitched twice now.

The black and white design was ebay but from the designer and not a resale of a kit.

AM - disappointing that your sons place has been put off again.

Having to go out to my local shopping centre tonight as BHS have eventually got my sons school trousers in. Their delivery is so unbelievably slow I've been waiting almost 2 weeks to come through.

Hi all,

without posting out of turn we've just had some VERY shocking news about Soulie and I am sure it goes without saying we all send her our best wishes and hope to see her back here as soon as possible.

I would rather not going into detail here becuase if she wanted it sharing she would have told us herself.

If anyone has her address from posting her anything in the past (and you know I'm no stalking freak lol) I would really appreciate it.
