I hope that you are all managing to keep warm in this cold weather.

Laura16 - thats a beautiful cross stitch. I really like it. If I were you I everytime I would walk past it I would be stopping to look at it.

chiggywiggle - thats super annoying to have run out of black. I have been waiting over a month for a delievry of threads now and had to go buy some normal priced ones to keep going with project...wasn't very happy with myself for doing that but didn't want to wait any longer.

Hello CraftyCrafty - that sounds like a big project you are undertaking there!

maria and the imps - the stocking are really pretty, I'm looking forward to seeing what you make them up as!

poohpals - that a lovely design. I hope you get it finished when you want too. Its a large design!

That doesn't sound like the best of mornings to wake up too mrs-moneypenny! I hope he makes a speedy recovery.

I managed to get some stitching done this weekend and last night. The week before I didn't do any! I cam home from work soooo tired that I knew I'd made mistakes if I tried.

eeeek, thats terrible - name and shame!

went to John Lew1s - who only sold anchor - found a lady with a conversion chart to find they'd run out :eek:went to Atk1nsons on the other side of town....... they also only sold anchor but luckily had some in stock. 90p. will have to remember to order some. but it'l keep me going.

afm. I am still stitching away at my mums present. I am not very good at working to deadlines but am almost halfway. Will post an update as soon as I can get pics back online.
