    I concur!!!

What a brilliant film. I have to say the music was secondary to the acting, some of them weren't so great at singing but the emotion was amazing. Anne Hathaway made me cry twice!
By the end I could hear people around me sniffling and crying, and they applauded at the end (which I always think is a bit weird when there is no cast there lol):rotfl:

I cried a couple of times too - not big sniffy tears though, just some little escapees :)

I liked it because they put pictures to the action :) It helped to know what was going on at the point the song was being sung...

Back to the window today - I've done nearly all of the black outlines, so I will post a pic later!

    Enjoy your Sunday x

I was going to book for Les Mis today but I'm glad I didn't as after a late night last night (meal out - sadly no booze due to dryathalon - so wish pubs did decent soft drinks) I rolled out of bed just after 10am. Me and the mog enjoyed a lovely lay in :T

I have the 25th anniversary dvd of Les Mis recorded at the Albert Hall - do you think you need to see this first ?
  • fos - HAED - WOW

mos - great start - looking forward to seeing it grow.

Laura - just keeping popping in to say hi and you will get there - promise :D. Looking foward to seeing your updates as soon as you can post them.

Well here is the first update on 12 Days - lets hope it works

Made a start on 5th Day - thinking of doing another day after this and then will put it away and bring out Sleeping Beauty (possibly).

Hope you all have a lovely Sunday.

blue_eyed_girl - I love Margaret Sherry's 12 days of Christmas! I was thinking of doing one a month then getting my auntie (who is more a quilt-maker than a cross stitcher) to help me put it all together as a hanging. Your partridge looks fab! Keep up the good work.

maria and the imps - Thanks for the offer! I haven't signed up to photo bucket or flickr at the mo but when I get more time I'll do it then might take you up on your offer.
  • Laura - I don't really do 'normal' sewing and am dreading it but will cross that bridge when I get to it. :o Hopefully I will allow enough time to get it finished for challenge date of 11.12.13 :D

I'll be doing some stitching later. (I hope) I just need to decide between Tigger, Tigger oh and Tigger.... (have a few Tigger designs - just can't decide which one to stitch!)

I get mine from sewandso - not sure if it is the cheapest option but cheaper than buying at full price from haberdashery shops (if you can find one !) and very quick service.
