Hi Stitcher - I believe (tho am sure I'll be corrected if wrong) that a few members recently used Cross Stitch Heaven and were very disapointed at the time taken to dispatch the items. Please do feedback when your order arrives.

What are you working on at the moment? let us know if we can help show your pics as you are too 'new' to do it yourself yet.

Here's "christmas stocking" completed. In total I ran out of 4 threads..........appaling!!!!!!
my next UFO to complete is the dinosaur ABC from................'little star stitches'................great - looking forward to that now

I'm really impressed with your "christmas stocking". Your stitching is really neat. Are you going to frame it?

I don't think so as I'm still disapointed in it, think it'll just go in the box.

stitcher - Welcome to the Cafe. :wave: I would just like to say that my last couple of orders for threads from Cross Stitch Heaven took a while to arrive and a card I ordered had the wrong apperture (oval instead of oblong). It was sorted in the end but I think I will probably be looking elsewhere in the future for my threads. Good luck with your new project.

Stitched a little bit of MP Cottage tonight - progress is slow atm.

Chicky - Bothy Threads sell on e^bay - I got a kit on there as an xmas gift for my sister, much cheaper than elsewhere. Haven't seen that kit but it might appear - probably in January !

have googled etc and around £15 (if you included p&p) seems about average.....................and i don't love it that much lol.

I love that Christmas design you linked to,I will need to look up the price and put myself off it lol

I think the cross stitch crackers would have been great if they had useful stitchy gifts inside (then everyone wuld give them to ME hahaha)

Stitcher - Welcome to the site. I have used Cross stitch heaven quite recently, without any problems. However if I wanted threads in a rush I would use acrosstownstitching.
