    Why does this post scream the C word (compensation)? Ok you had a horrible experience, you made your feelings quite clear. Put it behind you and move on with life.

    Much easier to put things like this behind you with a few quid in your pocket..

    Why the comment about medication? it makes it sound like the problem is with the OP when it's with the security guard and given the useful advice you usually post I'm suprised at it.

    OP you should definitely complain and I hope it doesn't put you off posting here.

    Because the op stated in first post about not getting her meds as she was upset and home, it was a genuine question, think the op said the meds were for anxiety and this incident cant be helping. Should have said did you get your meds ?
