I have contacted the ombusman but they can't find this company anywhere and the address I have comes up as a different bussines, according to them the address they do have they don't get a reply from. Can anyone help me please!

There is a thread here http://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/showpost.php?p=64005198&postcount=13 about Cash Locator that has a link to their website and an address on it. Is that the address you already have?

Hello what is the best way to recive my money back from loans direct.? I no there's a few people on hear talking about them so do they actually give the refund back.? I have been in contact with them and get told to send a letter in that ive done but not via recorded delivery... I would like to point out that if iwas made fully aware of a charge I would not of bothered why would you need to pay for a service you can do you're self for free. I was not made aware that this company was a loan brokers

How are loans direct able to get away with this? It is absolutely disgusting. I've had the same problem... They're seemingly refusal to refund my 68 pound they took unexpectadly even after I have written my request for cancelation last month. I've been a que now for 12 days solid. Shameful

Send them a letter of complaint demanding the refund of your £68. If after 8 weeks they haven't refunded (or they come back sooner and refuse to refund) refer them to the FOS.

Had you fully read their T&Cs before signing up and handing over your card details you would have been fully aware that they are a loan broker and that they will charge you for their services.

Hello can i ask if loansdirect uk have 100% money back guarantee.as said above.?? I have had money taken from loansdirectuk and they claim they dont do refunds even tho no services have been excepted of them.
