    thanks, but the one that doesn't work has power but will only play a dvd for about 2 mins before going to a blue screen. :(
    now has her .com delivery but doesnt know where to put it :o
  • Collected mine yesterday. Very happy so far.

    DVD player, recording facility and plays all my movies and music of my hard drive.

    Let it warm up first or stand it near a radiator for half hour or so,there maybe condensation on the DVD lense from standing in a cold warehouse before it was delivered to you. ;)

    Thanks odd socks, I've just tried it again and the dvd has been playing ok for about 5 mins, also been able to access the dvd menu and select scenes, fast forward , etc, which yesterday it wouldnt let me do. really hope it's sorted it self out as its the perfect size for my daughters room and we've managed to attach it to wall with not a wire in sight so it looks beautiful (well as beautiful as a tv can look !)
    now has her .com delivery but doesnt know where to put it :o

    Have you tried a different DVD Disc it may be that.
    If that don't work i think your best bet is to telephone M & S because i think the next step would mean taking the tv apart to see if there is a loose wire on one of the boards.

    You might be lucky because if it is a faulty TV M & S may send you a up grade with no extra cost ;)

    Thats what i would ask for ;)

  • Did anyone else order the black 22" tv and still awaiting dispatch?? i ordered on the 31st August and have since ordered a white one which has now been cancelled so starting to get concerned i now won't receive this one either especially when M&S have just advised next day delivery gets priority over all bookings regrdless who ordered first which seems a very unfair system!!!! :mad:

    I ordered the black one and got the "your order is delayed" emai;. I managed to order a white one which I got for nominated delivery 2 days later and arrived with no problems at all. Cancelled my black order... Hope you get yours sorted x

    thanks! wish i'd known nominated delivery would give priority otherwise i would've done that as looks like i may miss out now! :(
