I can't seem to find the nicam sound menu, maybe that comes up with set up? But in the sound menu turn on the surround sound. Much better and less 'tinny'0

Thanks Hopeless with money, I have the white bookmarked from earlier in the thread but need the silver.
Could kick myself that I didn't order last week as was going to get a different tv that I have since realsied is more rubbish than the sound is meant to be on these!
Oh sorry, I never saw the silver one. I managed to get the 22" one yesterday and have paid for nominated delivery for tomorrow. Hope you manage to get hold of one xHopeless by name, hopeless by nature.0 -

I got mine today - I ordered the silver 19" and it has a built in DVD player! However, I was very annoyed when I took it out of the brown box as the seal on the main box (which states you can only return it if it's intact) was already broken. I bought it on a whim knowing I could take it back if the box wasn't opened! Luckily I want to keep it!0

If anyone doesnt like the sound, go into setting and turn up the bass and treble, it makes all the inference and put it on to nicam stereo too. Sounds much better. No ones mentioned you all so cn record on this tv, if you plug a USB stick in the back it uses it as a personnal video recorder! Excellent value, with a DVD, led, USB port, and hdmi sockets.
 Will try that tonight, why didn't I read the instructions !!
Hopefully the USB HP speakers £10 from Sainsbury can be returned !0 -
If a man reading this has a surname starting RIM and you live near Rugby, just to warn you your 19" silver TV may be a couple of days later than planned-my husband received two, both with his details on the outside, but one had your order slip inside. Just rang M&S customer services and they are collecting it from us tomorrow morning and the courier (think it's Citylink) will be sending it onward directly to you so it doesn't get confused going back to the warehouse. It hasn't been out the big box, I've just resealed that and it's packed with air pocket thingys so it should hopefully make it to you (via Scotland) safely-just a little late!
On another note, I'd love a 22" inch one for the kitchen-really hoping they come back in stock soon! Was there any 22 inch silver ones, the link shows just white? Xx0 -

My seal was broken too, and was a bit concerned it was a returned item, but once out of the box everything was still sealed in bags and stickered etc. maybe it was a prepack check?0 -
Just had confirmation email to say that my 19" TV has been dispatched. Hope it is all ok and arrives safely after reading all the comments x0

Argh! I'm really annoyed, I ordered a few days ago for delivery to store on Thursday. I got an email overnight to say my card details had expired & I needed to update it. So I tried to, but it wouldn't save the new info. So I rang up to do it over the phone and the lady said the TV is 'now out of stock' and that 'stock wouldn't have been reserved for you until payment was taken'. So why bother sending me an email saying I needed to update my details "immediately to prevent your order from being cancelled or delayed". Grrr!0
