    Amit what I suggest you do if you like is offer to cover his listing fees and paypal payments through paypal. That way you will have a payment going to him, he will then not be able to give you a NPB strike. He will be happy(ish) you will not be stressed.


    And in the end it will have been a cheap lesson on reading a description thoroughly before bidding.
