My paypal account is confirmed. I think they changed it all a year or so ago so that UK users can start to be confirmed.

Personally I would not have bought from this guy. You need to check his feedback!!0

i suggest you email the seller and ask him what he wants you to do. It is more than likely he only accepts paypal from confirmed us addresses to cover himself so he'll probably refund and you'll have to pay via bidpay/cheque0

We warned u enough times not 2 use paypal, r u illiterate? 5GBP = PENALTY!
if he charges me £5 for refunding my paypal payment then i am going to complain to paypal and ebay as he does not state this in his acution does he?0 -
Hintza wrote:Hi amit
just had a look at his listing:-
He clearly states that he will not accept PayPal from overseas bidders and will only accept bidpay or money order.
You will need to get intouch with him and see if your paypal payment is ok. In the meantime you hhad better look into BidPay (i have never used them).
Also note he is not reponsible for lost packages. USPS Priority is pretty good though.
It makes me chuckle when seller's say they are not responsible for items lost in the post. What a pile of rubbish0 -
Ok firstly don't panic!
The auction clearly says 'I accept paypal' at the bottom, that cannot be overwritten by the sellers terms and conditions.
If he returns your money short of £5 then put in a paypal chargeback immediately, if necessary call paypal (their telephone number is fairly easy to find if you log in).
The auction was posted in the UK and available for UK buyers, he should not have checked the paypal button if he doesn't accept it.
Also, put in a non performing seller complaint if he refuses to accept your paypal payment.
He's a power seller so ebay will almost certainly only give him a tap on the wrist and you may well get a negative, but don't just roll over on this one. He has listed his payment options incorrectly.
His feedback is poor so he obviously doesn't treat his buyers well, so you might be in for a rough ride.
If you are looking for a cheap MP3 player then check out Tesco instore, they had some last week but I didn't get the spec, sorry. They were about the £25 mark.

You think thats a good price, I've just bought a 128mb player for £11.69 inc VAT, but not delivery from https://www.aria.co.uk so, that seems good. do you all agree? p.s i bought other items so the postage cost wasn't that much of a rip off!0
