Ironically I know where ASTON uni is!

    Birmingham Uni:
signs for South Birmingham from Spaghetti Junction:D 10 minutes from mine!

    Has he done his form?

I'd advise park and ride from Selly Oak train station B29 6DW as otherwise you could spend all day trying to find parking. Back to Bristol Road, turn left to campus when you get to The Goose. There's a really handy clock tower in the middle of campus to help you navigate.

Well expensive start to the day. A momentary lapse of concentration meant I left my bestest summer sandals where puppy could chew them to her hearts content while I was in the bath. Anyway, here's my first update of the day:

    Eat/bath/get dressed - done
    Wash up - done
Walk dogs - first walk of day done
    Vacuum living room - done

Have also emptied bin, put out recycling and made up a bed for DS for tonight as he's back to college today.

    Still to do:

Sort out September finances as its pay day today
Go into York for eye test
Spend less now, work less later.

I've put all the ironing away. Kids will have to have school dinners tomorrow as I didn't get to tesco's.

DS2 played football v the team who win the league last year. They beat them 3-1. Everyone is shellshocked. The other team haven't lost a game in 18 months.

How good was Dallas! I'm completely hooked. So pleased they haven't changed the theme tune.

Great result for your DS and I too loved Dallas

Went last year, nice Uni, lots of walking if you want to see the halls too so wear comfy shoes. I agree don't try to park there, we got the train all the way from here, campus station is easy but very busy when it comes to getting back out - enjoy.
